How to Add Gift Card as a Payment Type in Biyo Dashboard

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

• Log in to your BiyoPOS Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Configure

• On the top menu, click on Configure

Step 3: Go to Payment Types

• From the dropdown menu, find and select Payment Types

Step 4: Add a New Payment Type

• On the top right corner, click the green button labeled + Add Payment Type

Step 5: Set Up the Payment Type

• In the new payment type form:
  1. Payment Type Template: Select Custom 
  2. Name: Enter Gift Card 
  3. Behavior: Choose Gift Card 
     
  4. Toggle your preferred options for where this payment type can be used (POS, Online Ordering, Kiosk Ordering) 
     

Step 6: Save the Payment Type

• Once you've filled out the form, click Add new payment type at the top right to save the changes

By following these steps, you can easily add a gift card as a payment option for your customers in the BiyoPOS system.
