Familiarize yourself with each menu to understand where your store controls are located.

Once your store account is created, the next step is to configure your Dashboard. This setup ensures your store information, payment processing, and receipt settings are ready before you start selling.

1. Navigate the Main Dashboard Menus

After signing in, you will land on the Dashboard homepage. From here, you can access all store management tools.
Key Menus you'll use during the setup:
  • Home
Overview of your store performance and quick links
  • Products
Create and manage your product lists
  • Orders
View and manage customer orders
  • Customers
Add and track customer profiles
  • Payments
Configure payment gateways
  • Settings
Store information, preferences, taxes, and receipt options
  • Users
Manage employee accounts and permissions

Familiarize yourself with each menu to understand where your store controls are located.

2. Configure General Settings

Set your store's basic information to ensure accurate receipts, taxes, and location data.
To update settings, go to Configure, then click on Stores.
You can either add a new store or modify the default store in the list.
Review and configure the following information. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. After filling them out, click Save.

3. Set Up Payment Methods

POS supports multiple payment types. You can add one or more depending on your business needs.
You can either add a new Payment Type or modify the default in the list.

How to Add a New Payment Type

1. Choose a Payment Type Template

Select the base template for your payment method. Options include:

2. Enter the Payment Name

Type the label that will appear on the POS and reports.

3. Set the Payment Behavior

Define how this payment method works. Available options:

Choose the transaction category based on your setup requirements.

Choose where this payment option will be available:
 

4. Customize the Receipt Template

Personalize your printed or emailed receipts to match your store branding.
To edit your receipt layout, go to Configure, then click on Stores.

Click the store name you want to customize the receipt for.

Update the following sections:
Click the Save button at the top right corner to make changes.
