The Tag Sales Summary report groups your sales data by product tags (such as Appetizer, Beverage, Seasonal, or custom labels). This allows business owners and managers to evaluate product lines, compare custom promotional categories, and track untagged items across different shifts, staff members, and sales channels.
How to Access the Tag Sales Summary Report

1. Log in to your Biyo Dashboard.

2. Click Reports in the top navigation bar.

3. Under the Sales Reports section, select Tag Sales.

Understanding the Report Columns
The summary table breaks down product performance per tag across your selected time range:
  • Tag: The specific label assigned to items (items without a tag are grouped under No Tag).
  • Item Sold: The total quantity of units sold under that tag.
  • Gross Item Sales: Total sales revenue before discounts, returns, and taxes.
  • Modifiers: Extra revenue generated from attached paid modifier options or add-ons.
  • Discount: Total dollar value of line-item discounts applied to items with this tag.
  • Tax: Total sales tax calculated for these items.
  • Items Returned: The total quantity of refunded or returned units.
  • Returns: The total dollar amount refunded for returned items.
  • Net Sales: Final sales revenue after factoring in modifiers, item discounts, and returns.
  • Order Discounts & Final Total: Displays overall ticket-level discounts and the reconciled bottom-line total at the bottom of the table.
