How to Open Your POS

The Biyo POS allows you to process sales, accept payments, and manage customer orders. If you're opening the POS for the first time on a new device, you'll need to complete a one-time terminal setup before signing in.

Before You Begin
Before opening your POS, make sure you have:

• A configured Biyo account.
• Your employee PIN.
• An internet connection.

If Your POS Is Already Configured
If this device has already been connected to your Biyo account:
Step 1: Open the POS
Open your web browser and go to:
https://pos.biyo.co

Step 2: Enter Your Employee PIN
When the login screen appears, enter your employee PIN using the on-screen keypad.

Once your PIN is verified, the POS opens and is ready to use.

If You're Setting Up the POS for the First Time
If you see the Terminal Verification Code screen instead of the PIN login, you'll need to connect the device to your Biyo account.
Step 1: Open the Terminal Settings
In the Back Office, navigate to:
Configure → Terminals

Step 2: Generate a Verification Code
Locate the terminal you want to use.
Click Refresh Code.

Step 3: Confirm the Terminal
Enter the terminal name exactly as displayed.
Click Refresh Code to generate a new verification code.

Step 4: Copy the Verification Code
A six-digit verification code is generated.
Copy or make a note of the code before it expires.

Step 5: Enter the Verification Code
Return to https://pos.biyo.co.
Press CTRL+V on your keyboard or enter the six-digit verification code using the on-screen keypad.

Step 6: Sign In
After the terminal has been verified, the employee PIN screen appears.
Enter your employee PIN to access the POS.

What Happens Next?
After signing in, your POS is ready to process sales. You can begin creating orders, accepting payments, and serving customers immediately.
