How to Add Funds onto a Gift Card in BiyoPos
This guide will help you load money onto a gift card using the BiyoPos system, with clear steps and visuals to make the process easy and straightforward.

Step 1: Open BiyoPos System
Step 2: At the bottom right of the screen, click on the "More Options" button (three dots).
A pop-up menu will appear with multiple options.
Click on the "Gift Card" option.
In the next window, you will be prompted to scan or enter the gift card number.
Type the gift card number manually or scan it, then click "Next".
After entering the gift card number, you will see the current balance and details of the card.
Double-check the gift card number and click "Add Funds" if everything is correct.
A keypad will appear, allowing you to enter the amount you want to load onto the gift card.
Enter the desired amount and then click on the confirm button (checkmark) to proceed.
- Once you have confirmed the amount, you will be asked to complete the payment using the available payment methods in the system (cash, card, etc.).
- Finalize the transaction to successfully load funds onto the gift card.
